37 weeks and brain fog

FTM here. I am in the home stretch at 37 weeks and I have the worst brain fog. I’m not sure if I’m not eating enough or is it just the hormones. I’ve tried to eat more, drink more water, take naps (work from home), had coffee, but nothing helps. I’m trying to work for the last few weeks I have left before I go on leave but I can’t work at all. Do I endure this or does anyone have any suggestions to overcome this?

This happened to me. Exercise (swimming) helped a bit.

Similar boat. I do have a few hours in the afternoon where I feel more like myself and I make sure to use that time to get work done. The other times I give myself grace to rest and do the bare minimum.
