PSLF and Buying Back Military Time

Hello! Does anyone know if buying back military time counts toward PSLF?
I became a federal employee in 2014 and at that time, I bought back my previous Army experience (3 years) which now makes my service computation date for retirement in 2011. When considering me for PSLF, would they look at the 2014 date or the 2011 date? |

| I don't see why the army time would count because you need 120 qualifying payments. If you were making payments while in the Army and did all of the requisite paperwork that time should count. |
