Msrp that includes delivery, processing and handling plus freight

I’m looking to buying a new car. I received a quote with msrp amount and added options. It included delivery, processing and handling of like $1300 but then final price would I’ll use taxes etc plus freight charge of about $1500. What’s the difference in freight charge and the delivery fee?
