Culinary programs in DC in July?

Hi we are looking for recommendations for a culinary program in July for our cook. She speaks primarily Spanish which might make it tricky but would love for her to do a week of new American a week of Italian a week or any similar programs. Dc or Arlington preferred. We will be travelling so a 40 hour / week program would be best

And if you are puzzzled as to why our cook cannot cook we hired her as our nanny but our kids are older and she still wants a job so she is interested in transitioning to more cooking
