Remember that Waltz claims he has never met Goldberg. To her credit, Laura Ingraham was pretty relentless in pinning him down.

If you’re explaining, you’ve lost.

You feel like a guy like this should not be in charge of intelligence

The real question is how the chat was set up on signal. Not who was on it.

He doesn't have McConnell's power. But he has some power to speed things up or slow them down in the Senate. And so far, like the Supreme Court, he is not rushing.

Disagree. That was a weak sauce response.

I did not know anything about him before watching that. I want to know everything about him now. That is the kind of voice we need.

He showed up on my radar last week with this speech. He's got future President written all over him. Remember when Presidents spoke like this? It's been so long.

I'm bumping this. We need a separate thread on this guy. He's the first viable candidate I've seen in a long time!

100% agree!!!

This all proves, again, that the only person Trump has ever hired who was qualified for and capable of performing the job was Stormy Daniels.

They can’t stop doing what won them elections.

I think you mean previous administration. Also now has come out that there was no CIA name in the chat. It was a chief of staff and of course the reporter had to know this but sells more today a CIA operative.

Keep up the lying MAGA

If it was a chief of staff, disclose the name.

This. Thune is hoping this magically goes away. The GOP is desperately trying to muddy the waters with “how Goldberg got on the chat” and whether a CIA officer was/was not on the chat and ways in which it is ok for Signal to be used by public servants. But at the end of the day they exposed our military and national security to enemy actors. So. It’s not ok to let it go.

He was impressive. I just donated $100 to his campaign for Senate. We NEED him.

I wrote a lot of postcards for him, you’re welcome! 😉

Well, in this case, those are both real questions.

White House: there were no war plans discussed.

The Atlantic: here are screenshots of the discussion of the war plans.

HOW COULD NO ONE AT THE WHITE HOUSE SEE THIS PLAY COMING??

Waltz needs to resign for adding Goldberg. Each person who lied under oath yesterday or today needs to go as well.

IDK who this guy is, but we need more Trump voters like him to step up and say the right thing.

Though, Hegseth should also be fired because he’s the one who put classified info in there, which is illegal. Also, that it was set to delete, the US might lose important military information. Because they’ve taken no responsibility, it’s clear they won’t change this sloppy, dangerous protocol.
