Who are they going to get? No one is going to fall all over themselves to nab that gig.

Maybe hire a coach who has coached women/girls lacrosse and not a boys coach that may be helpful...

His mother is a HOF womens lacrosse coach in the Philly area. I'm sure he understands the game.

The game results show otherwise.

Again, doesn't have the roster. I'd be surprised if 1/3 of the team plays club. Hope he and the school can work together on that.

Just went through the high school application process and spent time with coaches in a number of programs. Bullis coach could not have been more gracious, and took a lot of time with us on the program he is building. Very successful competitive athlete in his own right as well, which is a good starting point. Would have felt good about my DD playing for him even though we ultimately chose another school for different reasons.

Bullis is an expensive school. Can’t imagine someone would pick that school over say SR, GC or even SJC if lacrosse development was important to them. Is the academic reputation top notch? Probably why someone said they don’t have the horses. Good coaches can develop talent, but there has to be some level of athleticism to develop.

Experienced same with Bullis. Tough price tag but very nice people over there.

Actually, most play club. The whole starting line-up minus the goalie I believe all play club. Off of the top of my head:
4 for Capital, 3 for MC Elite, then 1 offs for Renegades, Skywalkers, YJMA, Hero's, Uproar.

Assist coach is a former St Andrew’s and Holy Child coach and was the 27 BLC dream team coach. She tries to do her best with what she has at Bullis, must not have a ringer despite the talent and college commits. Keep on working girls.

It is good to have Coaches who can engage the kids and develop. Even better if they have assistants that can help with their learning and building skills . Some schools don't understand the importance of building your program but the players have to put the work in on their own to make themselves better as well

Is the BI part of the score missing a "1" next to the "6".
Anonymous
No, it was seriously 23-6…

Not so sure GC isn’t the best team in the country.
