I've basically put the money I'd be willing to take to a casino in AMC/NOK; it's objectively stupid, but I'm happy with my choices.

So just to clarify, the redditors et al who are buying, all they stand to lose are their purchases, correct? So if they bought $10k worth of stock in an effort to drive up the price, that’s all they will lose, yes? They’re not doing any of the other tricks that would expose them to greater losses?

Same. I'm the PP who had some NOK already. Today I added more NOK (which I like anyway) and bought a couple shares of AMC, total cost about $100. The AMC is purely for fun -- surely those who shorted it have learned from today and taken steps to limit their loss?

I'm unclear on the prospects for GME after Friday so I'm reluctant to get in.
