This is fairly specific but in the Job/Careers forum there are a few women who answer questions based on their DH and, in one case, their father, who was a biglaw partner. I could see why sometimes that might make sense, but the way they do it, it doesn't fit or add anything and comes across more as some type of odd humblebrag.

There was a troll in the relationship forum for a while who’d post things like “I need a woman who relies on me fully, has no outside interests, but is an equal in a relationship” and then ask why he couldn’t get married at 37. Then he’d have full-on conversations with himself by sockpuppeting. This went on for a while, and he’d ignore legitimate questions in the thread and then people would figure out that he’s a troll. He’d take a break and start a new thread a few days later.

The rabid W&M posters in the college forum. The UVS boosters have met their match. People will be like, “oh I didn’t really enjoy my time at W&M” and these people ATTACK! Like, chill.

This is a whole category of annoying posters. The Executive wife, the doctor's wife, the BigLaw wife. My favorite is actually the SAH wife of a doctor who posted about a nurse practioner being foolish for wanting more respect.
