Josh Flagg needs a spin off where he gives insider tours/details of golden age hollywood stars homes.

I like Frederick in NYC. I don’t like him in LA. He clearly doesn’t fit in.

All of Josh Altman’s listings look alike. All those hideous, ultra-modern bird street houses.

I always forget the brits are on the show until they are on the screen. A Million Dollar Listing London would be an amazing show!

My favorite part of MDLLA is Josh Flagg interacting with old people in grand, interesting old Hollywood homes. Don’t care at all about the Brits (nice enough guys but BORING). Tracy is alright. Josh Altman is a jerk but seems to actually get deals done with people that would fit in Entourage. I could go either way on Frederick being part of this cast. In the end: make a show about Flagg and old people.

Right on - didn’t think of this but yes Altman wants to be on Entourage! And agree on Flagg. He needs his own show about older home appreciation and his relationship with the older generation.

Tracy....if it were not for her I would watch more often. Also find Madison super annoying.

Madison? He hasn’t been in in years.

Altman’s parents are wealthy and own a beautiful house in Colorado yet he made a big emotional deal out of he and his brother surprising them with a pricey house in LA.

Yeah, that seemed really weird. I didn't get it. I lost what little respect I had for him after that segment. If I had been his parents I would have been very upset to be portrayed that way, like penniless losers, when the actuality is that they are not.

I love Million Dollar Listing NY it's interesting but the LA version is as fake as the people in California I agree Josh Altman is uninteresting his wife is very fake and frankly I don't see this as a sincere relationship at all something about it is really off you don't see real emotion in these people. I am biased as I am a native New Yorker I've been living in California I can say NYC is super interesting and being a realtor in NYC is a lot of work people work super hard 24/7 but California is very fake to me a lot of people are backstabbers they don't know what it is to work hard and frankly NY has HEART California is cold that's been my experience I've lived all over the world and in many different states. Of course there are nice people too I find they are usually from out of state or foreigners to be honest
