Va is far behind #1 in US Md.

In per capita and median income

Must hurt to have even your own universities telling you that MD is getting left behind.

Outside of being number 1 in the United Stares and so far ahead of Va that Va will never catch up in

Average house price
Median and per capita income
Percent of educated population

And highest overall highschool rankings

Md sucks .

They are tied together with Massachusetts , Wisconsin , Connecticut , Georgia , New Hampshire , Rhode Island and Pennsylvania avenues. West of the park and east of the park follow suit from DC out into MD with neighborhood character. Va is not really a part of anything. Everything is on the MD side of the river and Md even owns the Potomac.

All the Museums , Redskins, Ravens, Nats, Orioles , NBA, NHL, Big Ten Football, Monuments, clubs , Kennedy center, 4/5 of all metro stops, best private schools, best country clubs ,best restaurants. All across the river located or embedded in Md. Annapolis vs Richmond ? Md is number 1 in the United States in median and per capita income, percent of college educated residents and number 1 in overall highschool rankings .

The Calvert cross rules.

Va is outside all of it.

A lot of bragging there by the Lacrosse state! Lol

Lots of interesting stuff that I never knew or thought about.

I'm surprised Howard county made the list...it's a pretty cheap area.
