I buy the frozen Argentinia shrimp from TJ. They are wild caught, raw, and peeled/deveined

When I buy these, there is always a weird red/pink dye on the shrimp- have you noticed this? I’ve stopped buying bc it freaked me out.

It’s not dye. That’s the shrimp.

Beef Wellington? That’s a lot of work.

Or just a lot of money at Wegmans or a food delivery service/chef delivery service.

My family loves the copycat Panda Express chicken with mushrooms and kung pao chicken. Bo ssam is also a big hit. I use the Momofuku recipe.

I do have to say homemade chicken cutlets are a big fave. They’re so versatile, everyone loves them.

spaghetti and garlic bread is usually the one meal I can make where everyone eats it exactly as it’s prepared and no one makes any special changes or accommodations to their meal

Balsamic marinated chicken is one we all like as well- 1/2 cup balsamic, 1/3 cup olive oil, 2-3 tbsp brown mustard, Italian seasoning, garlic, let it marinate then grill or cook in the pan.
