What would you do if you had $1 billion?

I would pay to get concrete sidewalks added to my neighborhood and the utility lines buried there. Too much traffic for kids to walk safely on the roadway. We are "walking diatance" from school but there is no safe pathway. So adding sidewalks would help a lot.

This might be the only example where $1 billion won't go far enough. You will need about 4 studies and fight off numerous lawsuits.

If I had 1 billion, I would give each close relative and friend a million dollars. Then donate a million each to my alma maters.

Then, maybe buy a new (better) modest house and car, and invest the rest while I figure out how to donate it.

I'd buy a place in the Latin Quarter of Paris. I'd get a a fancy log cabin on the lake. I'd hire someone to make me coffee and cook, and someone to clean, and a personal assistant to handle minutia. I'd wear linen all the the because someone else is steaming it for me.

My last two bosses had a ton of wealth one had 500 million he was given it all away. None to his kids

My last boss had 45 billion he works like 70 hours a week as CEO of two companies.
