What’s a little corruption when the immigration enforcer of your dreams is finally in office, right? |
People who are disgraced at work and/or in their personal lives and/or are desperate to stay out of jail are guaranteed to be loyal to the one person who will take them in and give them a good job. Loyalty matters much more than competence to Trump. |
| Love Tom Homan! He is actually doing the work that a border czar is supposed to do. |
Like collecting 50,000 dollar bribes. Cool. |
These are such BS charges. They claim there are videotapes. Ok. Let’s see them. We never will because they don’t exist. And if this supposedly happened during Biden’s term, which they are claiming it did - no charges?? Really???? Tom Homan slammed Biden every time he was in front of a microphone. I am not buying their flimsy excuse for not bringing charges. And this is from MSNBC, after all. |
Didn’t happen. Wouldn’t be surprised if Mayorkas is behind the slander. |
MSNBC was not sued and did not settle said law suit for propogating the biggest lie of the century. Fox News was sued for propagating the biggest lie of the century and they did settle for a billion dollars. Trust who you want. |
Here’s why The FBI and the Justice Department planned to wait to see whether Homan would deliver on his alleged promise once he became the nation’s top immigration official. But the case indefinitely stalled soon after Donald Trump became president again in January, according to six sources familiar with the matter. In recent weeks, Trump appointees officially closed the investigation, after FBI Director Kash Patel requested a status update on the case, two of the people said. |
Clearly it was someone at the FBI or DOJ who leaked this. And they probably have the receipts and audio recording to disclose when Homan publicly denies it. |
Sending stormtroopers in American cities? You understand how wildly unpopular this is with the majority of Americans, no? |
| Someone on Capitol Jill should be asking questions and some media source should be filing an FOIA… |
Material from an investigation that does not result in charges is generally never released to the public (and the investigation could certainly be re-opened in a future administration). Kind of interesting that if his entire career had been in law enforcement and then Border Patrol he launched a business touting his years of experience helping clients get government contracts. That sounds almost like a slip of the tongue advertising he'd been doing that all along. The guy doesn't just sound like a thug, he says things a thug would say. First I knew of him was when he was tossing out the idea that posting people's 4th amendment rights on social media or anywhere else might be obstruction, repeating this like he was a precinct cop wanting to make an illegal arrest. |

Bro was openly swampy. I thought Trump was going to drain that?
"Homan then launched his consulting firm, Homeland Strategic Consulting. Its website boasted of its work with the departments of Homeland Security, Defense, Justice and others: “We have a proven track record of opening doors and bringing successful relationships to our clients, resulting in tens of millions of dollars of federal contracts to private companies.” " |

Homan looks like a bully out of central casting.
I cringe every time I see him, all puffed up, so impressed with himself. Ick. |
|
DOJ, when closing the case, noted that Homan was not a government official at the time. Which is ridiculous. While the bribery happened in September 2024 it just as easily could have happened in November or December when Trump was president-elect but Homan was still not yet a government official.
Here's what I really want to know: Did Homan report the $50,000 on his taxes? |
