My dog growls for attention and to try to get pets. Dogs growl for different reasons. |
lol. You didn’t even read the article. She was murdered by a backyard PIT BULL hybrid Frankenstein they lied and claimed was a “French”. They lie about the breed because some towns, apartments, landlords, and insurance carriers won’t allow pit bulls. Her PIT BULL snapped and murdered her. |
Np. That story is 13 years old. You gotta dig pretty far back to find your examples. But anyway, look at that ‘golden’. It is clearly a pit mix!!! |
that dog doesn't look pit at all. Where's the "savage jawline" and the "all-muscle" broad chest? ![]() You clearly don't even know what a pit bull is. |
We get it. In your bizarro alternate reality, only pit bulls kill. All other breeds are totally fine. You don't even have to train them. But no pit bull is ever a good dog. Ever. Because you say so. Got it. |
I agree but my dog is afraid and does not want pets from them! |
You know what? It doesn’t matter if OP invited the dog over or not. If you own a dog that can’t handle being around people, then it’s YOUR responsibility to keep it away from people. Period. It’s downright irresponsible to send the dog out practically unsupervised with a teen who can’t control the animal. |
The bolded can't be overstated. Regardless of your reasons/excuses, your growling dog shouldn't be near people, and the person controlling it needs to have full control. Sending a teenager out with a large dog with unknown behavior/characteristics is a recipe for trouble (and lawsuits), and speaks poorly of the dog owner's sense of responsibility for their animal (and their kid!) |
A 55 lb Frenchie & you think this is really the breed they are calling it? |
If every dog with a drop of pit is a "pit bull" then yes, that's a frenchie. I don't make the rules. |
Define pit, please Frenchie is considered a bully breed, FYI, as well as Boston terrier |
It's a particular kind of mentally-dysfunctional person who falls for these tropes. Gullible, low critical thinking skills, twitter-length attention span, easily motivated by buzzwords, susceptible to clickbait, thinks they sound smart because all the voices in their bubble sound the same. It's not "brainrot" because that means something specific to a younger generation. But it's definitely the rotted brains that spawned it. |
You can't be serious No one should wait for a kid to be maimed or killed by a dog that does not belong in a family neighborhood. |
