Which expressions do you hate and why?

I feel like I have shared this on a similar thread before, but the most grating expressions for me are the instagram captions:

"About last night..."
"Reunited and it feels so good"
"Let me tell you bout my best friend"
"I did a thing"

"I did a thing" -- GAAAAAAAAHHHHHH!!! Even worse when they start it with "so" - "So, I did a thing!"
