If you're talking about that tweet that's not what she's saying. If you look at her Twitter page she clearly says he was wrong for those anti-Semitic comments. She's pointing out that Kanye may have done this on purpose because he already said he wanted out of that adidas deal. And she's also pointing out that nobody really cares unless you say something anti-Semitic. The Black community even supported him after he said slavery was a choice. I mean, the man seems to be in self-destruction mode so it's not a completely crazy theory.

Really? Which Black community?

I'm the poster you are quoting and I'm black. I don't know what you mean about "which black community" but I hope you are not insinuating that Kanye didn't still have plenty of love and support from the Black community. Did you see any of the interviews with Nore after the more recent Drink Champs interview? When asked why did he give Ye a platform he said "he's my friend". Many Black celebrities still rode with Ye after he said the slavery thing and also when he started supporting trump. Jaylen Brown (Celetics forward) just signed with Donda sports agency earlier this year. A few days ago he came out and said because of his strong stance on antisemitism and hate speech he's ending his partnership with Donda sports. . And that only happened AFTER he faced backlash for staying that he planned to stay with Donda sports despite Ye's recent comments. The Life of Pablo is charting on Billboard again. C'mon now, let's not pretend that black people were not still riding with Ye.

Ye didn't do his homework. The founders/owners are Jewish.

Or he did his homework and went there to be provocative.

This. He clearly thinks this is a joke and that he remains untouchable. He is trying to see how far he can push which I am hoping will be a very public and fantastic humiliation when he loses literally everything and everyone. He will have to sell off his compounds and live off his 5% SKIMMS income.

His next move will be getting frog-marched out of a Buster Brown.

I mean, I know it was a ridiculous school - with it being unaccredited and the kids wearing Balenciaga uniforms, but why did Kanye's antiemetic comments mean the school had to close? Now instead of the kids getting a mediocre education they're getting none? Make it make sense.
The only thing I've read is 'At the discretion of our Founder'. Idiot parents send their kids to an unaccredited school and the founders' own kids don't attend. I feel sorry for those kids that have such idiotic parents.

Now the school is back in action. WTF?

I think mental illness. He’s going off the rails. Has been for some time. I don’t condone what he’s saying but he seems manic.

Do you really think these people represent the Black community? You are naive and insulting.

Um, yes. Black people represent the black community. Those people are his peers. But also, his fan base remained strong too.

The black community would expect a white celebrity to be shunned if they said slavery was a choice and the antisemitic comments, but the black community is fine maintaining support of Ye because he’s simply black?

Yes. Until now. The white lives matter shirt and the comment about George Floyd were the final straw.

I'm sure plenty of black folks are angry and fed up with his antics. The people he's involved with via his music, business and fashion are the ones who could bring him back to earth, so to speak, but that would cost them $$$. When it comes to money, people (of all backgrounds) compromise on their better morals.
