Yup. Guess if they wanted the results to be anonymous but it's extremely bad data collection process if you can just take the survey multiple times and you don't have to verify that your child actually attends Montgomery county public schools

They could have done a lot of remodeling for one school with that money, hired 4 teachers, etc.
