Kim K is the echelon of nothing but plastic surgery and selling herself.

Kim K was super stunning before all of her surgeries.
She was always flawless and had that sexy exotic beauty in her youth.
She never needed any surgery but she is still drop dead gorgeous.
She can have any man she desires.
That she has ended up with Pete Davidson is not that she wants to “fix” him.
She likely thinks he is sexy and loves that he is funny and easygoing, something Kanye never was.
