That 07 bryc age group is broken. Big downgrade in coaching this year. Girls have given up on him.

can we arrange BRYC girls to play SYC girls and have LB be the ref? then Arlington Dad and EM can update us on social media

Bryc is a small family club trying to compete against either large organizations (nc courage, Arlington, etc) with huge player pools, resources for coaches, etc. or highly motivated smaller clubs (vda, fcv). The administration is old, tired and will continue to do things just like they did in 1985. They have a niche and nothing will change since winning or in their case losing doesn’t impact them. They won’t merge or partner bc the family doesn’t want to lose control. Expect more of the same

^^^This. All of this nonsense was tolerated or ignored when they were winning. Now it’s just sad. TD, coaches, players - they all leave for greener pastures

Which “family” is in charge at BRYC? I think if they keep getting similar dismal results this year it is time to shake things up on the coaching side and adopt a new TD.

Very sad they lost in first round of the State Cup-this was same age group that went to the National finals last year for being State Cup champions!

Elite Academy is for profit at BRYC-the rest of the club is nonprofit.

All travel now goes thru the for profit entity while rec remains nonprofit.
