Different lamb options for Easter

Will be having 6 adults and 2 toddlers. I can't figure out which cut of lamb. Because of price would prefer a leg piece but I hate lamb left overs and what's big enough for 6?

You could do a lamb racks -- estimate 3-4 ribs per person. Can either cook the racks whole or break it down into chops and grill. You could get boneless leg and break it down into a smaller size -- freeze the extra bit for another time. FYI - leftover roast lamb can be braised for a stew or for a pasta ragu.

Gourmet’s Provençal Rack of Lamb is amazing. And that one recipe covers your protein, starch and vegetable.

Get the triangle shaped chops, brown each side, then toss in crock pot and sprinkle olive oil, Wirchestershire, and McCormick perfect pinch lemon pepper on both sides. must be that brand. Will need 2-3 chops per adult. It's a lot. Or, can do French type chops, same seasoning on a tray in the oven. If you broil, just don't have tray too close to burner because of olive oil.
