Some interesting (read: strange) design choices here. These people obviously LOVED black and white tile. Prepare to be blinded in the bathrooms.

| All those tiled bathrooms make me think of the original Willy Wonka movie. I’m all for black & white tile in a bathroom, but this is ridiculous. The price should be lowered $100K as a gesture to any buyer who will have to rip that all out. |
