Restaurant to take MIL to tonight

We would like to take my MIL out tonight for an impromptu dinner. A place with nice seafood is a plus, but not necessarily a seafood restaurant. D.C. or MoCo. She’s more into ambiance than food, not an adventurous eater. Suggestions?

Since he said Montgomery County. I vote for coastal flats and crown. I absolutely love their goat cheese and sliced pecan salad with a salmon fillet added on
