Gotta use my flight credits this summer, where to go?

We have to use our flight credits from from when it was cancelled at the beginning of Covid. We haven't flown anywhere since (driving vacations only).

Any suggestions on where to go? We are likely looking at the week of July 4th since that might be the only week we can get away as a family.
