I'm making tuna casserole tonight, and I couldn't be more excited. What are you indulging in before warm weather is actually upon us?

Three things I've made recently are chicken pot pie, shepherd's pie, and chicken parmesan. I'm glad spring is coming but I do like a nice hot dinner in cold weather!

I made tuna casserole last weekend, it was so yummy. Tonight, ordering our favorite goat curry from Passage to India!

I made vegetarian shepherds pie last night because someone gave us a bag of potatoes. Everyone liked it!

I made chicken a la king and served it over those Pepperidge Farm puff pastry shells. So good.

We had beef chili last night with all the fixins (cheddar cheese, onion, tomato, sour cream, and toasted pumpkin seeds).

My mom used to make this all the time in the 70s. I loved it so much.

During this last cold snap we've had chicken pot pie, a pot of chili, and a Mississippi pot roast.

Fingers crossed it's the last time those items get made until fall!
