Spectra. It will come with everything you need. Later on you might want to buy extra pump bottles, but I'd wait to see.

Fsastore.com has a really great end of the month sale on breast pumps. I saw a couple of breast pumps for $40 that were normally 4 or 5 times that amount.

I’m the OP and didn’t think it was rude, except for the fact that I really need more opinions!!! I had the Madela 12 years ago. I don’t think Spectra existed. Which one is better?

I’ve had both- Spectra is a stronger pump so more efficient and easier. It’s not a contest.
