Deep cleaning prior to entering recently purchased condo

Anonymous
Hello

Does anyone have recommendations for a solid deep cleaning service that will send a TEAM of cleaners into a condo of 1000 sq ft to "deep clean" the place prior to us moving in? Downtown DC.

We do not want the standard emaids approach where they send out one person with a crummy bucket some generic dish soap a few rags and a bottle of windex. We want a service that is serious about hitting every inch of the place. Some places say they "deep clean," but that just means they take a little longer to do a mediocre job and maybe they use a bit more soap in getting it done.

When we say deep clean we mean we want someone to wipe all surfaces, clean inside the drawers in the kitchen, wipe inside the cabinets, wipe down the walls, wash the windows, dust inside the HVAC closet, scrub the tub, etc etc. Really deep clean! With 2-3 people we'd expect it to take 3-4 hours. Willing to pay more for better service.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

I would contact ServPro and ask for the "murder scene" package. That is the deepest clean around.

Yeah OP don’t say any of this when you call because if I picked up the phone I would be trying NOT to help you. You present yourself so poorly.

Confess I LOLed at “generic dish soap” though.

Go on nextdoor. I had deep cleaning between tenant on a house looks clean but three crew members spent 4 hours scrub kitchen and bathrooms. Totally worth it.
