Anyone successfully treat dark horizontal neck lines?

| I fid a pro fractional years ago, didn't work. Just did a profound treatment, nada too. My lines are so deep just by how I hold my head. Plastic durgery st thid point us moot (58), lines would would still show. Scared of injections. |
