Recommend date night restaurant in DC

DH and I have had two kids during the pandemic and have had almost no date nights in that time. His birthday is in a few weeks and I’d like to get a reservation somewhere with really good food that won’t cost more than $250 or so for both of us. Pre pandemic we have been to Komi (which I think is not reopen), Metier, Rasika, all Jose Andres (except Minibar which is out of budget right now), Fiola Mare, Rose’s Luxury, Iron Gate, and I’m sure others that I can’t remember at the moment.

Since it’s only a few weeks away, it will need to be somewhere not super hard to get reservations at this point.

Thanks for any recommendations!

Imperfecto was good! It might be a little over $250 but the menu is online.
