Restaurant recommendations for Tyson’s area?

Not a specific cuisine. Not in the mall itself. Not chain. Otherwise open to any suggestions for group of 8-10 people. Good food and drinks.
Thanks

You’re right. Totally missed OP saying not a chain.

Why not a chain? That criterion would seem irrelevant to the quality or type of meal you'll receive. Like chain restaurants as a broad category, independent restaurants also vary wildly in their quality and offerings.

Anyway, Randy's is good, but is part of the Great American Restaurants group, a small local chain, which you may consider disqualifying.

I have never been disappointed at the Capital Grille, which is also part of a chain.

Near Tyson's, but not actually in it, is a new Italian restaurant which seems to have promise: Roberto's Ristorante in Vienna: https://www.robertosva.com/

Another nearby option might be Clarity, also in Vienna: https://www.clarityvienna.com/

BJ’s restaurant, have no idea if its part of a chain, but wouldn’t be surprised if it is - brew pub vibes

Founding Farmers....not really a chain, but a restaurant group.
