| Someone who works for me had his father pass away suddenly this weekend in Saudi Arabia. He will be away for the week but returning on the weekend. I want to send something from my team to express our condolences but heard flowers may not be appropriate as he is Muslim. I want to ensure I respect his culture and still ensure he knows we are thinking of him. What might be a good way to do this? |
