What are the hours of usage? Is the entitlement to the spot over when school lets out? Or do you get to claim them at events, for any time of day etc.? Trying to settle a disagreement.

I would guess that there were rules about the spot that were given when the spot was leased. Check those documents. I doubt, but have no real clue, that the spot is a 24/7 rental. I would guess that the rental is for the time that school is in session and not for weekends or special events but I am guessing that info is available in what ever forms you received when you paid for the spot.

Robinson's guidelines say "during the school day."

Woodson's guidelines say "Students and parents are reminded that parking on the Woodson High School campus during normal school hours is by permit only."

I'm guessing it's the same with all the schools. The spot is ONLY for during the school day. Once school is over, the parking lot is a free for all.

Fairfax's guidelines are even more specific and give the hours at 7:30 to 3:30.
