How much to tip airport shuttle driver?

We're going to Disney for Spring Break. I ordered an airport transfer so it'll be just us in the SUV. It's about $100 each way. Is $20 the right tip in this case? It's about a 30 minute drive if that makes a difference.

More if the driver is handling more than one bag per person (or handling heavy bags).
