Recently miscarried a PGT-tested embryo at 5+5, after high betas. I had a follow-up saline sonogram last week and my uterus looks good; the RE thinks this was just bad luck.
I have two tested embryos left, but another retrieval probably isn't in the cards for me. Should I push for additional testing that the RE doesn't really think is necessary, or move forward with another transfer? The only change she's recommending in the protocol is progesterone in oil, v suppositories. She doesn't think I'm a candidate for an ERA, since the embryo implanted last time, but should I do it anyway, since it could identify something like chronic endometritis? I want to move forward but I don't want to make the wrong decision. |
