What is going on with HUGO Salon in Kensington?

I used to go there in high school years ago and they had so many stylists. It used to be very popular and they have a large Social media following. I notifced that their top stylist Loretta (who’s been there since the beginning) left for Salon Nader in Bethesda.
HUGO Salon is down to 3 stylists. Is this place closing? |

| Toni Kim (I think she was the owner) died in February, 2020. I got a notice because I used to go there. I wondered if she was an early COVID victim; it was February 2020. I'm sure that has something to do with its current operating status. |

| No, Tony Kim died before 2020 and not due to Covid. She was a cancer patient. |

| Toni Kim died of cancer after the death her husband Hugo decided to close down all Hugo salons to live out the country- except the rockville -and gave it to one of his employees- sandy -who is operating it today- she has also kept his dogs since his passing |
