How about a thread here for some results?

How did the GC/McD scrimmage go? Curious if GC could hang. Don't need the GC haters to bash them. Just curious how they looked (I have no clue if it was close or not).

Was 13-11 McD before mass subbing with about 6 or 7 min left. Think it finished 18-12? Was a really great battle between 2 high caliber teams.

JV was 11-10 McD with an 8m goal in last few seconds.

Any word on NDP and Visi?

GC appears to be better than I expected. Still scrimmages so we'll see how it looks going forward, but I'm guessing they'll surprise some people. Not sure how deep they are though.

Depth (or lack there of) is the key for GC. But primary players are legit. Team only has a handful with meaningful varsity experience so it's a learning curve. Young squad.

I'll be at the game on Monday between NDP and GC. Not affiliated with either school, but DD has club teammates on both teams so it will be fun to watch. Hopefully a good game.

I don’t think it’s meant unkindly but it’s 45-50 mins (w/no traffic) outside of DC. It’s more than half way to Baltimore. No other school discussed as part of DC girls lax is that far outside of the DC area. Yes it’s in WCAC but it doesn’t seem like it should be. No one talks about it ever around here except in re lax on this thread. Idk. *shrug*
