My DD is coming home for spring break with some friends, and we'd like to treat them all to a fun dinner somewhere. Any ideas for a place with great food (including some vegan options) that won't break the bank, and would be fun and seem cool for out-of-town teens? Prefer DC but would consider elsewhere.

Well, cactus cantina would be one idea...not sure the food is "great" but it certainly hits the demographic.

Casa Oaxaca in Bethesda. Can eat outdoors. Veggie options for sure. You’d have to check re vegan.
