Tears for Fears’ new album is gorgeous

It’s called The Tipping Point. I discovered them at 13 and am now 51 and still love them. I think Curt Smith and Roland Orzabal were apart for 20 years or so and they’ve lived a lot of life in between. I love their new music.

I heard a radio interview with them the other day. Roland has had some rough years. At first, I thought he was throwing his ex-wife under the bus, but apparently her problems were well documented.

I didn't appreciate the complexity of their songs, but having heard some recent interviews with them - wow! Now I keep replaying their songs.

Also, I'm embarrassed that I didn't know that Curt Smith was the lead singer. He's got such a beautiful voice.

Loved the acoustic version of "Mad World" that Curt did with his daughter during the early days of the pandemic.
