Comfortable formal shoes for teaching.

Any comfortable formal shoes like flats that are comfortable to wear? I have a ton of sneakers for casual looks that are comfortable but I have yet to find comfortable flats for the days I wanna dress up more.

I wear a pair of black Clarke’s oxfords. Like men’s shoes, but for women. I will NEVER go back to wearing teeny shoes again. Why are we women hobbling ourselves? I feel so much more powerful and comfortable in these shoes.
