Washintonian magazine has an issue each year with the best lawyers. You may want to see if your local library has it.

We used a lawyer from this firm to help us with our wills/trusts but they offer a full range of family law services. Wish I could remember who helped us specifically but it's been a while. In any event, we were very satisfied and initially learned about the firm from a close friend of mine who used to work there.
