Football Skills Clinics/Training for Wide Receivers

Any places in Fairfax County-ish preferably in Fairfax City/Vienna area that does skills training for a middle schooler who wants to improve on being a wide receiver? Thank you in advance

Perfect Performance has a few options for training but I don’t know anyone who has gone. I see it advertised.

Too many concussions. Football isn’t the way to go anymore. Charlie Garner is a close friend of mine and he said he would get atleast 12 concussions each season and he’s messed up now. It’s not worth it.
Flag is okay, but not worth spending a bunch of extra money on.
