Today, Councilmember Henderson introduced the Expanding Access to Fertility Treatment Amendment Act of 2022. This legislation would expand coverage provided through private insurers, Medicaid and the DC Healthcare Alliance to include diagnosis and treatment for infertility.

Good to see that it was co-introduced by a few other Council Members (Cheh, Nadeau, Bonds, Allen). If yours isn't listed, it might be worth writing and asking for their support. I believe this bill matches the language in the MD mandate.
