Anniversary Dinner in London- sketch or Dinner by Heston Blumenthal

I'll cross post in Travel but we are heading to London in a few weeks and are planning a dinner for our anniversary. We're between sketch and Dinner by Heston Blumenthal at the MO.

sketch is the Gallery and not the Library (Library has the Michelin stars). Dinner by HB has 2 stars.

Has anyone been to either? Any other suggestions?

I’ve been to Sketch (2019). Very fun, definitely an “event,” and the food was very good.
