Private preschool enrollment deadline advice

| We just received notice of acceptance to a private preschool, and they have an enrollment deadline of March 4. This date is before we will hear back from the other preschools to which we applied. Is there any advice on managing different schools’ deadlines? Are they flexible if you want to wait to hear back from other schools? Are you immediately rejected if you do not enroll by the deadline? I’m sure each school has their own policy, but wondering what others may have experienced. Thanks in advance! |

| You pay the deposit and lose it if you change schools. That is how it works every where. |

| And also, which school sent out notifications early? Most of the ones I've seen are sharing results on 3/4, so I'm curious who the early bird is. |

It's possible, OP, to ask for an extension of a few days. All the schools we work with are sending their notifications tomorrow. Some schools will definitely give you a few days' extension. Just ask nicely.
