Help me understand the Vaccines & Mask updates in DC

I have an appointment at DC Housing and Finance Agency on Saturday and I got an email today saying that the agency if requiring everyone entering the building be masked and vaccinated? Is this correct ???

I'm going to assume most confirmation appointment emails are auto replies, system generated. It'll take some time for all of the schools and government agencies to update all of these things. They probably aren't even aware of all the things that need to be changed. Hopefully they make a checklist in case they need to reinstate.

You'll still need to wear a mask in a DC library, too. Staff are only allowed to take off masks in staff-only workrooms. I'm really not looking forward to continuing to enforce the mask mandate at the library, but I don't think it's going away until DC schools do away with masks.

Unfortunately op you probably will have to wear a mask. It’s businesses and private offices that are now mask free. Because, you know, the virus knows the difference
