we have mold in one of the rooms in our basement. i see it through the dry wall, so i can't imagine what's underneathe. i know i need to remove the dry wall, but does anyone know of a "mold specialist" that can remove the mold behind that? do i just wash the concrete underneath with bleach?
thanks! |

LVI Environmental, I think out of Gaithersburg (I'll try to find a number for you in a sec). We had them address some mold in our basement and (separately) remove floor tiles that looked like asbestos. Very professional, attentive, on time, price was reasonable (we got a few quotes), and the owner was very responsive. I highly recommend them.

Young Environmental Services out of Fairfax. [http://www.youngenvironmentalservices.com/] Certified licensed, etc. andvery reasonably priced. Also took care of an asbestos pipe wrap issue for us.
Make sure you have the pre- and post treatment sample testing prices called out in the estimate. They can run some $$$. |
