Decrease Dosage

Has anyone had their medication decreased at the start of a cycle? I'm on Day 4 and my doctor cut everything in half today. I'm wondering if there are risks from it going too quickly? Is the quality likely to be lower?

After three full stim cycles, my fourth cycle was min stim. I only got 3 eggs, but they were all good quality and the cycle was successful.
