| Orgain is a good plant-based option that I used a lot. I also use Optimum Nutrition Gold whey powder because I read that whey helps to lower cholesterol. I have a scoop daily in my green smoothies. |

| I like the Whole Foods brand soy powder in Vanilla. Not too sweet, doesn't get foamy in smoothies the way whey protein powders do. |

Vitamix blender, but I think any one works. |
I just use a blender ball, but I am sure to drink with a straw, and to not waste time letting it settle. |
