| I just watched the movie for the first time. It was nice. I’m confused about what the point it was trying to make was. That don’t take life too seriously? It’s a crapshoot? I do feel bad for Jenny. She has such a tragic life while Forrest just glides through life. |
| It’s a love letter from the baby boomers to themselves. |
I wouldn't say Forrest "just glides through life." He had a traumatic childhood too. |

Even though he didn't hook up with Jenny until the end, his legacy lives on with his child. The Elvis part always makes me chuckle. |
| It’s about unconditional love. Forrest’s Mom for him, his for Jenny, his for his son. It’s actually glorious. It’s |
Disagree. Pulp Fiction was the best picture that year. It was so innovative. I like Shawshank, but in the end it’s just another “inspiring” film. |
| Don’t worry. Be happy. |
