How do these typically work? Do many kids apply? Are you likely to be granted a transfer? DC is interested in a possible transfer to WMS which appears to be well under capacity.

WMS is way under capacity due to the building of hamm several years ago and some families deciding to go to private during Covid. We are there and have had a really great experience.
