It's my DHs 50th birthday. He LOVES seafood. Which is better - Rusty Scupper or Jimmy's Famous Seafood?
Or, any other recommendations for seafood restaurants in Baltimore? |
| Rusty scupper bc it's so weird! |
| Neither both are tourist traps |
Oops I was thinking of the captain James restaurant Love that place |
| Try instead Loch bar, Cindy Lou’s, True Chesapeake, Ouzo Bay . . . |
OP here. Ok. Other recs? |
Jimmy’s famous seafood is not a tourist trap. Their food is good, their crabcakes are huge and so good! That’s where I would go. Jamie‘s famous seafood. |

Love Cap'n James anyone else?

Jimmy’s, not Jamie’s. |
| Jimmy's crab cakes are legit. It's a family-owned place and lots of locals eat there. It's a draw for visitors of all types but I wouldn't call it a tourist trap since the food delivers. |

It’s been a while, but in the past, my family really enjoyed McCormick & Schmick’s.

Gone way downhill since Landrys group bought them 10 or so years ago. |
Would still go to G and M. |
| Loch Bar or Thames Street |
| Not the Rusty Scupper. I went there before my prom in 1990. Cheesy tourist trap |
